Consider and explore how industries you work in or are interested in working in are using AI. What do you need to learn about AI to be prepared?
Artificial Intelligence (AI): A computer that can learn from experience, solve problems, and make decisions on its own.
Big Data: Massive collections of information or data that AI uses to learn and make decisions.
Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT): Used to answer questions and generate text and graphics in response to a prompt.
Machine Learning (ML): Allows computers to learn from data.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Helps computers understand, interpret, and generate human language.
Prompts: Textual inputs (e.g., questions, instructions) that you enter into ChatGPT to get responses.
Generative AI may not be accurate and may hallucinate sources. Make sure to verify any claims made or sources provided by generative AI. Remember, you are accountable for what you include in your assignments.
