The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) at Bellevue University provides interdisciplinary programs designed to educate, enrich, and empower students through meaningful, future-forward educational journeys with a liberal arts focus. Michelle Kempke Eppler, Ed.D., M.S.

Dean Eppler has extensive professional experience in institutional strategic planning, technology integration initiatives, leadership development, student affairs, and international program administration. With multiple subject specializations — Educational Leadership, Organizational Development, and Policy Analysis — she also has extensive public speaking experience.

Assistant Dean

Karen L. Robinson, Ph.D., M.A.

Assistant Dean Robinson has over 20 years of experience as a full-time faculty member teaching Spanish and Latin American Culture, including 12 years at Bellevue University.

Assistant Dean, Program Director

Renea Gernant, Ph.D., M.A.

Assistant Dean and Program Director Gernant has over 30 years in teaching and academic administration as well as professional experience and training in Crisis Mental Health and Hospice.
