When you select one of three project management degree programs at Bellevue University, you will be learning in programs accredited by the PMI Global Accreditation Center for Project Management (GAC).

GAC is an independent academic accreditation body with policies, procedures, and standards for project, program, portfolio management and related programs at the bachelor’s, post graduate and doctoral degree levels. The mission of GAC is to advance excellence in education worldwide, while its primary objective is to ensure that GAC accredited programs prepare students to meet the current and anticipated needs of businesses and government organizations for qualified professionals working in the field.

Master of Project Management (MPM) Program Mission:

The Master of Project Management degree will enable you to connect your technical skills with the communication and leadership skills critical to initiate, plan, execute, control and close out projects, and to deliver them within scope, schedule and budget constraints. Students will grow their leadership skills by working on team projects in a business scenario environment and develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills through exercises and assignments involving developing a PMO, agile process, IT project, scrum implementation, new program design, risk planning, etc. The Bellevue University Master of Project Management (MPM) is an advanced professional program that is academically recognized as a terminal degree.


Master of Science in Management Information Systems - IT Project Management Concentration (MS-MIS) Program Mission:

The Bellevue University Master of Science in Management Information Systems with the IT Project Management concentration will help you develop the technical and business skills which may position you for middle to senior level leadership and management roles. In this program, you’ll focus on strategic information system technologies, preparing you to analyze and manage resources and to create strategies that align technology with an organization’s business objectives. You will also analyze IT project management processes and policies, seeking ways to optimize and innovate.


Bachelor of Science in Project Management (BS-PM) Program Mission:

Along with building knowledge in project planning, control and execution, the Bachelor of Science in Project Management degree program will guide you through the process of tackling a real-world problem in your capstone project. You’ll learn to operate according to the highest project management standards through every stage of a project plan—which has helped make our specialized undergraduate project management degree program one of the few that have earned GAC accreditation.
