Ask a Question

How do I log my community service hours?
  • Students need to gain approval for their desired location of volunteering prior to completing their hours. Approval is granted by the Scholarships & Grants Department. To gain approval, please email [email protected].
  • Each year while on scholarship, renewable scholarship recipients have from July 1 until June 30 of that academic year to fulfill their community service requirement, averaging 2-5 hours per month, depending on when the award is finalized.
  • After completing your service hours, please complete the log sheet supplied by the Scholarships & Grants Department.
  • Completed forms can be submitted by email to [email protected], or completed forms may be dropped off in person at the One Stop Welcome Center, located on the first floor of the Administrative Services Building (ASB) on Bellevue University's Main Campus.

BRUIN Support Services provides assistance on a wide range of topics to students, faculty, and staff. The team is located inside the OneStop Welcome Center and can help with financial-related issues, transcript-related concerns, and technical support. Additionally, students can use the available meeting rooms to meet with their Enrollment Counselors or Student Coaches.
