Student Housing at Bellevue University is intended to facilitate an engaged and supportive community of peers for undergraduate, degree-seeking students. Students who are eligible to be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student, under the age of 24, and enrolled in a traditional calendar program (as opposed to cohort programs) will receive priority placement. Subject to availability, accommodations may be provided for Graduate students. At this time, married or family housing is not available. To be eligible to move into or live in Student Housing, you must:
New Freshman Student Athletes are required to live in campus housing their first two years at Bellevue University. This requirement is in place to facilitate a successful transition to campus through an engaged and supportive living-learning environment. Research has shown living on campus to be an important contributor to academic success, campus involvement, and social development.

Exemption Process
Students requesting an exemption to the Freshman Athlete Residency Policy may use the form to initiate the request. To be considered, completed forms must be received 30 days before the required move-in date. A housing exemption may not be used to cancel an active housing agreement. An exemption is approved only upon written notification of approval from BU to the Student.

Submitting inaccurate, false or fraudulent information may constitute a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and/or Housing Handbook and may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion.
*Continuing Sophomore Athletes who are exempted their Freshman year will also have to apply for exemption their Sophomore year.
