View Financial Aid FormsIf you are eligible to receive a refund based on excess financial aid (for living expenses), corporate or military tuition assistance, or withdrawal from class, you will be issued a refund. If you receive your financial aid disbursement prior to tuition assistance, all tuition, fees, and books will be deducted out of the financial aid refund first. If Bellevue University refunds more money than you are eligible to receive, you are responsible for payment back to Bellevue University.
When will I receive my refund?
If you have a credit balance on your account you will automatically be refunded any eligible amounts. If you wish to leave the credit balance on your account, you may do so by completing and turning in a Student Authorization Statement Form.
Where do I go to set up my refund payment method with TouchNet?
In partner with TouchNet, Bellevue University offers two refund options. You may choose to receive refunds in the form of direct deposit or check. If no preference is indicated, a check will be mailed. Even if you are not expecting a refund today, signing up now will ensure receiving future funds quickly. Sign up for your refund option at TouchNet.
This option takes approximately three days after the funds are received by TouchNet. Direct deposit can be used at any United States financial institution with electronic funds transfer capabilities as most banks participate in the electronic funds transfer network.
The benefits of this option include:
Bellevue University is not responsible for refund checks lost in the mail. In the event you do not receive your refund check and wish TouchNet to issue a new check, a stop payment fee will be deducted from your student account prior to issuing a new check. Stop payment requests on refund checks will only be processed once the check has been missing for 10 business days from date of mailing.
