Meet the faculty
Dr. William Garner
Dr. Garner has over two and a half decades of experience as a project and program manager in the technology and telecommunications industry and has recently transitioned to information technology project leadership and business management. Currently, Dr. Garner is employed by a leader in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunication Industry - AT&T, where he participates as a volunteer instructor through AT&T’s Project Management Network, which provides courses and mentoring to help candidates pass the PMP certification exam.
Dr. William Garner resides in Illinois with his wife, three daughters, and two labs. He enjoys research, reading/writing, music, billiards, outdoor activities, home projects, and time with family.
